Return and Exchange Policy
Sommeil sheets may be returned and exchanged if:
- we delivered the wrong item >> shipping cost is on us;
- you mistakenly ordered the wrong size* >> message us within 24 hours and we will make a customized Sommeil sheet especially for you. You will need to pay for any price difference in the item cost and for the shipping costs of the exchange
as long as the item initially delivered to you remains to be UNUSED and is in the SAME CONDITION when you received it.
*only applicable for on-hand items. We cannot accept customized sheets that were made based on wrong measurements.
Sommeil Pillows, Duvets, Toppers may be returned and exchanged for whatever reason! We offer returns of products within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product of the same value. Shipping costs of the return and exchange will be shouldered by the customer. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be UNUSED and without any signs of use.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.
COVID-19 Safety
Customers' safety is important to us. That is why we're partnering with Mr Jeff Laundromat (Marcos-Alvarez Branch) to have the Sommeil sheets pre-washed so customers receive them ready-to-use, at no extra cost!
We also ensure that the staff in-charged of the final packing remains healthy and practices safety protocols.
As an added layer of protection, customers are advised to disinfect the outer packaging (polymailer or box) upon receiving the parcel from our partner couriers.
